Stop Services to Illegals

Ending taxpayer services to illegals will achieve these important objectives for Texas:

  • Cut billions out of our budget
  • Provide massive property tax relief
  • Make a more conducive learning environment for Texas kids
  • Help Trump by encouraging self-deportation

The Republican Party of Texas (RPT) made Border Security a priority in 2022 and 2024, and included ending taxpayer services to illegals as an important part of that priority.

As a member of the RPT Border Security Legislative Priority team in 2023, I helped craft the bill to end taxpayer services to illegals, and I found Mike Olcott to introduce the bill in 2025.

Sadly, the Dem-beholden leadership team Stan Gerdes voted into power refused to hear or advance the bill.
